Describe what happened
A run of red results is a description of completed spins. Under an ideal independent single-zero roulette model, it does not change the next spin's red probability: 18/37. Independence is an explicit modelling assumption, not something proved by a decorative results panel. A short sequence alone cannot establish whether physical equipment or software is operating correctly.
Ask a better question
Suppose the question is whether the next two spins will both be red. With the same assumptions, multiply 18/37 by 18/37, giving roughly 23.67 percent. That calculation concerns two specified future spins. It is different from searching a long historical display for any pair that happened to match.
Read the exception
Zero also matters when interpreting an even-money label. The Massachusetts single-zero rules specify that red and black wagers lose on zero. Other published rule sets may treat particular wagers differently. A useful notebook records the rules and the exact question, rather than assigning predictive power to a visually striking streak.
